Booking Confirmation:

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our company.
  • To secure your booking, part or full payment must be made in advance.
  • Only once booking amount is received we will share the booking coupon with location & coordinator number.

Participation Requirements:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Participants must be in good health and have no medical conditions that may pose a risk during the activity.
  • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff.

Assumption of Risk:

  • Adventure activities involve inherent risks and dangers. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • Our company is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from participation in the activity.

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made by the participant.
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, our company may cancel or reschedule the activity. In such cases, participants will be offered the option of a full refund or an alternative date for the activity.
  • Our company reserves the right to cancel or modify any activity due to safety concerns or operational reasons.

Liability:

  • Our company and its staff will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the activity.
  • Participants are responsible for their own personal safety and the security of their belongings.

Insurance:

  • Participants are encouraged to have their own personal insurance coverage that includes adventure activities.

Conduct and Safety:

  • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff.
  • Participants must not engage in any behavior that may endanger themselves, other participants, or our staff.
  • Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that may impair their judgment or physical abilities.

Photography and Videography:

  • Our company may take photographs or videos during the activity for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us the right to use such media without compensation or notification.

Severability:

  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
